Free delivery is only restricted to orders within Singapore, for purchases of S$80 or more and a surcharge of S$10 for below S$80, with minimum purchase of S$30, the delivery time is about 3-7 working days. An SMS or email will be sent via the confirmation of delivery date/time to the customers given mailing address.
A surcharge of S$10 (regardless of Cart purchase value) for delivery to CBD area and Sentosa Island. The S$10 is to be collected cash upon delivery. No delivery is performed to Jurong Island or outside Mainland Singapore.
When an order is delivered but there is no one to receive the goods, Provider would leave a Delivery Advice informing customer to contact for a 2nd delivery attempt. If there is no 2nd delivery attempt arranged within 7 working days, a delivery charge of S$5 will be imposed to customer for the next delivery.
Redelivered fee of S$5 will also be imposed if customer provides a wrong or incomplete delivery address or contact number, or wish to change the delivery address which is different from the given mailing address on the delivery day. Customers may email to firstname.lastname@example.org if there is a change of delivery address in less than 3 days upon the day they ordered.
For deliveries within Singapore, if you have not received your orders after 7 working days, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number.
For orders outside Singapore, please add all your books or orders into the shopping cart and then checkout. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you on the freight charges. Products will be registered and sent via airmail postal service, the delivery time is about 5-14 working days.
For deliveries outside Singapore, if you have not received your orders after 14 working days, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number.
No exchange for instruments loss or damage arising from or in connection with (1) abuse, tampering modification and disassembling by buyer’s.
Negligence and/or misuse (including accident, improper storage, exposure to moisture, excessive temperature, sand, dust, dirt, other pollution or other environmental conditions and failure to follow precautions.
Break of strings due to improper handling and/or mishandle of instruments are not allowed for exchange.
Ensemble Music accepts no liability and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to buyer’s misuse.
Ensemble Music reserves the right not to exchange or repair when the instruments is not well handled by buyer.
For any damage in transit for which Ensemble Music is held liable for, Ensemble Music liability will only be to replace the goods within 5 days, subject to the goods availability.
Ensemble Music will be under no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused (including negligence) which arises in respect of the buyer’s liabilities to any third party.
Exchange Policy (Books)
Provider guarantee that customers will receive the books and other products in good condition. All books and products, once sold are non-returnable nor exchangable even the products are not delivered yet, except products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; wrong goods are delivered. If the product(s) received is wrong, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product. To exchange a product, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days upon receiving the goods, giving us the details of your order.
