What's the currency of the products on your website? Can I pay in my local currency?
All our products listed are in Singapore Dollars ($). If you wish to pay in other currencies, you may select PayPal as the payment mode when you check out and the conversion is automated.
Is it safe to make purchases from your online store?
Yes, it is. Our website is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) denoted by a Lock symbol on our URL address:
It plays the role of encrypting all the data files and information that are sent between the web servers and the visitors to the website. If any malicious activity aims to intercept the data files in the course of their transfer, then the data files will remain unreadable because of the encryption attached to them.
As a rule of thumb, you should never buy anything from a website without SSL certificates.
Are items purchased in your store returnable?
As stated in our Delivery and Exchange Policy, all books and products, once sold are not returnable or refundable. If the item is defective or “dead-on-arrival”, a replacement item will be offered. A report or request for replacement must be made within 7 days of the original delivery date.
There is no entrance fee to Sentosa for deliveries, why do you impose a surcharge?
This is because we use third party delivery services and the companies we work with impose a surcharge for Sentosa, Tuas, Airport zones and other selected areas. Please refer to our Delivery and Exchange Policy for the list of affected zones.
I selected Self-Collection at your Store during check-out, how soon can I pick up my order?
Typically it will be 1-2 working days, and we will drop you a note when your order is ready for pick-up. Otherwise, do give us a call to check on the status before you pop by.
I reside out of Singapore. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have been shipping our books out of Singapore. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the book titles, quantities and your exact Shipping Address with postal code. We will compute the mailing fees and inform you accordingly. It is a little more tricky with instruments and accessories because of heftier shipping charges.
What is the lead time for delivery?
Generally, local shipping takes 3-5 working days, though often quicker. If there are delays because of product shortages, we will contact you. If you need an express (next business day) delivery service, give us a call.
