DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY

Delivery
Free delivery is only restricted to residential addresses in Singapore, for purchases over S$80 in cart value, otherwise there’s a delivery fee of S$8. The delivery leadtime is about 2-4 working days. An SMS or email will be sent to notify of the delivery date/time, where standard delivery time is between 9am to 6pm on weekdays only.

Surcharges
A surcharge of S$8 (regardless of Cart purchase value) is imposed for delivery to CBD area, Sentosa Island and Airport zones such as Airport Terminals, Airport boulevard etc. The S$8 is to be paid via PayNow or collected cash upon delivery. No delivery is performed to Jurong Island, restricted Military zones or outside Mainland Singapore.

When an order is delivered but there is no one to receive the goods, the Provider would leave a Delivery Advice informing customer to contact for a 2nd delivery attempt. If there is no 2nd delivery attempt arranged within 7 working days, a delivery charge of S$5 will be imposed for a subsequent delivery attempt.

Redelivered fee of S$5 will also be imposed if customer provides a wrong or incomplete delivery address or contact number, or wish to change the delivery address (without giving 3 days’ advance notice).

For deliveries within Singapore, if you have not received your orders after 7 working days, please contact us immediately at contact@ensemblemusic.com.sg with your order number.

Exchange Policy (instruments)
No exchange for instruments due to negligence and/or mishandling (including accident, improper storage, exposure to moisture, excessive temperature, sand, dust, dirt, other pollution or other environmental conditions and failure to follow precautions.

Ensemble Music accepts no liability and will not be liable for any injury arising directly or indirectly from the used of the instruments.

Ensemble Music reserves the right not to exchange or repair when the instruments is not well handled by buyer.

Ensemble Music will not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused (including negligence) which arises in respect of the buyer’s liabilities to any third party.

Exchange Policy (Books)
All books and other products, once sold are non-returnable nor exchangeable, except that the products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; wrong goods are delivered. If the product(s) received is wrong, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product. To exchange a product, please email to contact@ensemblemusic.com.sg within 3 days upon receiving the goods, giving us the details of your order.
Note: Books with audio downloads and printed answers are strictly non-returnable or exchangeable.
